New Biocidal active substances included on Annex I

A number of new Annex I inclusions were published in 2009 bringing the total number up to 27 (plus 1 Annex IA), at time of writing. These are all in product types from the earliest submission date (PT8 and 14) with the exception of two insecticides (PT18).
