REACH deadline approaches

As the November 2010 deadline for REACH dossier submission rapidly approaches there are still a large number (1000+) of substances that have no lead registrant.  See the attached link for full details:  http://echa.europa.eu/doc/echa_chem/list_identified_registrations_2010.pdf

If you have pre-registered one of these substances and there is no lead registrant it is possible there will be no joint submission dossier submitted to ECHA.  The consequences of this will mean import or manufacture of that substance will cease after December 2010.
