Revision of application forms for UK submissions under regulation (EC) No 1107/2009

The UK regulatory authority has recently issued revised forms for obtaining authorisations and permits for plant protection products.  These changes have been necessary to ensure that the forms correspond with the terminology and requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009.  The announcement also provides a reminder to applicants on the importance of summarising the approach taken in the application, either by way of an application overview or detailed covering letter.
