30 December 2006 REACH Regulation Published
On the December 13 the European Parliament voted in favour of REACH, adopting the Compromise Package in full. The REACH Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 30 th December 2006. REACH will enter into force on 01 June 2007, this date will trigger a cascade of deadlines affecting businesses.
